Anthony B. Cunningham is Founder and Principal of CHAMWORKS, LLC.

As a former Executive Director to U.S. Senator Arlen Specter, Anthony B. Cunningham has learned from a public service, policy, and political master.  While in Senator Specter’s Southeastern Pennsylvania (SEPA) office, Anthony was responsible for representing the Senator and knowing and addressing the concerns of constituents at every level in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.  He joined Senator Specter in January 1996, when he was hired as a Staff Assistant and was later promoted to Deputy Director.  In 2000, Anthony was named Executive Director of the SEPA Office, where he served for nearly six years.

Prior to joining Senator Specter’s staff, Anthony was the Director of Constituent Services for Philadelphia Councilwoman-At-Large Joan Specter for nearly five years.

Through these positions, Anthony has developed and maintained relationships with various organizations and businesses, political leaders and elected officials on every level of government, and their key representatives.

Anthony has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy from Penn State University.

In 2005, The Philadelphia Tribune Newspaper listed Anthony as one of the “10 Under 40 to Watch”.

Anthony is a Philadelphia native and currently lives in the Overbrook Park section of West Philadelphia with his wife of fourteen years, Rosemarie (Botta) Cunningham.  They have three children, Anthony III, age 11, Auresa, age 7, and Arric, age 2.
